This website is operated by SmartElectro at the address above, which is also the seller of every product offered on it. No other company operates the site or sells through it.
3. Products and brand
The products sold on this site are designed and sold exclusively under the SmartElectro brand. “SmartElectro” and the SmartElectro logo identify our products and our business. The pictures on each product page are pictures of our products. Each product page states the recommended age, and adult supervision is recommended for all of our toys.

The text, images, logo, design and code of this website are the property of SmartElectro or are used under licence. They may be viewed and printed for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution or reuse requires our written permission. Requests can be sent to support@smartelectro.ca.

We check the information on this site, in particular product descriptions, prices, shipping terms and policies, and correct errors as soon as we become aware of them. If a price or description is clearly wrong, section 5 of the Terms of Service explains what happens to an affected order.
