About Us

SmartElectro is a Montréal brand of electronic toys. Our products are designed and sold exclusively under the SmartElectro brand, online to customers across Canada’s ten provinces, with returns accepted by post or in person at our Montréal store.

What we sell

Our current range covers four kinds of play: musical toys such as the keyboard and the drum set, learning toys that teach letters, numbers, spelling and animal sounds, pretend-play toys such as the cash register and the steering wheel, and a dancing robot. Every product works on its own with built-in controls. None of them needs a smartphone app, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and none comes with a wireless remote. We add new products to the shop as they are ready.

How we describe our products

Each product page shows pictures of our products and states the colours, dimensions, power source, functions, recommended age and included items. We publish only what we can confirm, and adult supervision is recommended for all of our toys.

How we sell

• Shipping: every order ships from Montréal by Canada Post Xpresspost at a flat rate of $21.99 CAD, dispatched within 1 business day. See the Shipping Policy.
• Returns: 30 days from delivery, change of mind included, with the return label provided at no cost or an in-person return at our store. See the Return & Refund Policy.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed by Stripe in Canadian dollars. See the Payment Policy.
