Ridstar electric bike h20 recommended rider height is 5’4″ ~ 6’2″, payload 330 lbs at maximum.

Any assembly required?

Yes, some assembly is required handlebars need to be bolted on front wheel needs to be installed on the front forks. Takes about 45 minutes to assemble. You can also refer to our assembly video guide for step-by-step instructions

Do I have to peddle at all?

There is 3 working mode for you choose:

Pure electric bike mode(just put your feet on the pedal no need to peddle); Pedal assist mode( gently step on the pedal); Normal bike mode.

Is this adults ebike UL and CE listed?

Ridstar electric bike has passed the UL 2849 electric bicycle electric system safety standard test and CE 2014/35/EU, 2006/42/EC test. The UL 2849 standard for electric bicycles covers product safety, battery management system (BMS) and functional safety assessment requirements, etc.
