We offer shipping services to customers in Canada and US. We use the carrier service, Canada Post, Canpar, DHL,FedEx,GLS,Purolator,UPS,ICS Courier,a&b Courier to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Shipping costs are generated by the shipping carrier and will be displayed at checkout. We do not add any additional handling fees to your shipping costs.
We do not currently offer free shipping, but we may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@smartelectro.ca.
Please note: that we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@smartelectro.ca. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
