Return & Refund Policy
Smartelectro accepts returns in accordance with the terms outlined below. The applicable return policy is based on the country to which the order was shipped.
For USA orders:
Return Window: 30 days from the date the order is received.
Eligible Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Products must be new and in their original condition.
Return Method: Returns must be made by mail.
Return Shipping: Free return shipping. A return label is included with the package.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.
For Canada orders:
Return Window: 7 days from the date the order is received.
Eligible Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Products must be new and in their original condition.
Return Method: Returns must be made by mail.
Return Shipping: Free return shipping. A return label is included with the package.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return:
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@smartelectro.ca and provide your order number and the reason for your request.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions and return shipping label.
Returns must be sent by mail using the return instructions provided by SmartElectro. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Where applicable, please provide photos of the issue so we can review it and provide the appropriate return or exchange instructions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable. Any applicable return restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for eligible products. Please contact us before sending the item back to receive exchange instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation:
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
