An open box product is an item that has been returned by a customer, inspected, and certified to be in excellent condition by our team of experts. These products may have been opened, used, or returned but they are thoroughly tested and come with a warranty.

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our open box products. If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Our standard shipping times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

We accept returns on all of our products within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy page for more information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

We accept Paypal. All transactions are processed in CAD.

At this time, we do not offer financing options for our products.
